Features may change over time. Some capabilities require email verification, organization membership, or specific device permissions.

You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) and able to enter a binding contract. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
5. Your account
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at contacto@byhs.eu if you suspect unauthorized access.

6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting unauthorized access, interfering with other users, uploading malicious content, scraping at abusive rates, or using the Service in violation of applicable law or aviation regulations.
7. Organizations and fleet data
If you create or join a flight school, club, or operator organization, administrators may manage fleet records, member roles, and operational policies. You acknowledge that operational data you submit in an organization context may be visible to authorized members and administrators according to platform permissions.
8. Intellectual property
The Pilot Sanchez software, branding, and documentation are owned by Hearing Software or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you upload, and you grant us the license necessary to host, process, and display that content to provide the Service.
9. Privacy
Our processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy at https://pilotsanchez.com/privacy-policy (and localized paths such as /es/privacy-policy). That policy forms part of your agreement with us.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if we reasonably believe your use poses a security or legal risk, or if required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hearing Software and its directors, employees, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for flight, operational, or financial losses arising from use of the Service, including reliance on calculations, weather, routes, maps, or AI-generated content.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in that period, or zero if you use only free features.

We may update these Terms. The version and last updated date appear at the top of this document. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate (for example by email or in-app notice). Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
