Can't do it yourself?
If you can't sign in or something goes wrong, ask us to delete your account from the email address you registered with:
- Contact form
- Email: contact [at] pilotsanchez [dot] com
Data that is deleted
- Your account: email, name, username and password.
- Your flights, recorded GPS tracks, flight analyses and live tracking sessions.
- Aircraft you own, except those you share with other pilots (see below), and your aircraft access or verification requests.
- Your preferences, subscription entitlements, tracking device keys and app sign-in sessions.
- Your school or club memberships. If you were the only member and the organization has no aircraft, the organization is deleted too.
Data that is kept, and for how long
- School or club aircraft aren't yours, so they stay with the organization. Aircraft you own but share with other pilots aren't deleted either: they stay available to them, no longer linked to your account.
- A technical record that an account was deleted, containing only counts and no personal data.
- Encrypted backups may contain your data until they expire: at most 8 weeks.
- Server and security logs, for a limited period to investigate incidents.
- If you authored published blog posts, the posts stay online and the account is anonymized and deactivated instead of deleted.
